Lisa Rinna says she is “on the right side of history” when it comes to supporting Erika Jayne amid her legal woes.
The “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star made the statement Thursday in a repeat of a fan’s Instagram story.
“Everyone is dragging Erika except Rinna,” the fan wrote in part. “Rinna seems to be on the safe side even though you all think she’s wrong.”
Rinna, 58, shared the post, adding: “I’m always on the right side of history.” She has since deleted it from her Story.

In December, Jayne was sued for allegations that her luxury life with ex-husband Tom Girardi, 82, was funded by money from the former law firm of disgraced lawyer Girardi Keese. She has been accused of using the couple’s November 2020 divorce petition to hide assets from victims of Lion Air flight 610.
Throughout the current season of “RHOBH,” Jayne’s co-stars have constantly wondered if the “Dancing With the Stars” alum knows about Girardi’s actions.
So far, Rinna is the only one who has continued to support Jayne with full loyalty. The mother of two has maintained her position that Jayne is innocent.
“I’ve known Erika for a long time, I don’t think she knew anything,” Rinna said during an August episode of “Watch what’s happening live with Andy Cohen.” “Why would Tom Girardi say anything to Erika? The lawyers didn’t even know that. That’s how I feel, I’ll stick to it. If I’m wrong, I’ll take care of it.”

Rinna defended Jayne a month later in another episode of “WWHL.” She said, however, that if Jayne was found guilty of anything, she would “get away with it.”
“If she’s lying to me somehow, in any form, we’ll come to terms with that,” Rinna told Cohen. “But I have to let this unfold… we haven’t even heard his side of the story.”
She added, “I know everyone is mad at me for supporting her, but she’s my friend in the end, and she hasn’t been charged.”
“The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” airs Wednesdays at 8 p.m. ET on Bravo.
